  5. Hi Jude & Beth,

Its Carrie & Ian. We met at the yh in Hemsdale. I (Ian) was going the other way so had nearly finished the ride, which I did on sat. Its a great feeling, so keep it up. I met 2 guys in the yh at Tounge who were doing 1500KM in 5 days (200 miles a day) as a personell challenge! Increadble!! When I told them I push the bike up most hills they told me a nice story. They mentiond this champion cyclist (I cant remember his name) they knew, who had a picture of himself pushing his bike up a hill. It was above his workbench in his garage. He told these 2 guys that he was very fond of that picture, and that unless you are raceing or on some sort of personall chalenge, that there is NO SHAME in pushing your bike up hills. Thats from a champion cyclist, so take it easy and take time to enjoy yourselves!! You are doing great so keep it up, and keep on bloging. We are trying to figure out how to make a donation, we did not reliaze you were doing it for charity when we met you (which was a real pleasure). So keep it up, stay safe & keep on blogging! Love, Ian & Carrie
